HOWEVER, at this time, since the site is somewhat hibernating (as it has been for approximately the past two years), commenting is not enabled. Once the site resumes publishing on a regular basis (at least once/twice each week as in the past), Commenting will gain be possible and there’ll be a notice about that posted, too.
