There is next to nothing to prove or substantiate that Barack Obama has provided executive services to this nation over the past four years, those years being the four he asked he be hired — and was — to provide the nation with exective services.

He’s agitated our population and the populations of other nations, he’s annoyed, deprived, harassed, confounded, betrayed and misinformed billions of human beings, his only contributions — from a wellness or helpful-to-most perspective — have been to segments of self-segregating people with axes to grind against the rest of us for a variety of reasons, most of those rationalized by ethnic, racial and/or gender terms, which means what contributions Obama has made these past four years are highly subjective if not dubious to a reasonable mind free of subjective, cosmetic and vain resentments.

There is near-absent evidence that as President, or as hired as “Commander in Chief,” Barack Obama has upheld and defended our Constitution. There is, however, ample evidence that he has, using his position in the last four years, to undermine, circumvent if not condemn our Constitution and certainly the limits and requirements our Constittuion places on his job position. As commander of our armed forces, there is ample evidence that he has undermined their security and capability if not serviced those who are enemies of our American military. The attacks on our embassies in the last weeks and Obama’s refusal to name terrorism what it is and to instead blame a video for the actions of savagery instead of the savages responsible are proof yet again that Obama’s sympathies lie with those who attack and demean us.

Questioned about these glaring offenses, Obama’s retort, buoyed by the ever-dependably irrational Nancy Pelosi: blame former President George Bush and “Republicans”. Obama has been gilded by an equally appeasing and also-ran irrational leftmedia such that even Obama’s most obvious violations of logic — and reality — are deemed substantive. He reaps applause even when he’s clearly not making sense, avoiding answering questions with his predictable tangential ‘responses’ when posed with any issue and/or his use of song and dance to song-and-dance his way around being held to task for his own actions and positions.

Those who voted for Obama in the 2008 election bought the song-and-dance instead of the man. Because the man was, even then, proven to be faulty to a point of failure — certainly faulty by way of his false claims about his intentions, his plans, his ideas and that dubious grasp he has on honest reportage about himself. Voters bowed to Obama in 2008 wanted to be entertained, they wanted a soap-opera idol, they wanted the poster, a fantasy, an opportunity to do a dance down the street and explain it as walking — nothing wrong with dancing down the street and posters, nor as to fantasy and soap operas if those are fancied, but the point as to who and how one votes when based on these ‘willing to be misled’ experiences is irrational behzvior for any voter. Obama, indeed, exploited that about human nature, offering just the right recipe to attract and capture those willing-to-be-misled if not eager to be so: that’s what dictators do.

Obama administration ‘hiding from reality’ on Libya embassy attack
– by Larry Clifton, THE EXAMINER, September 20, 2012

Footnote: My understanding is that the Obama Administration is not “hiding” from reality about the Libya embassy attack — and the rest of the Muslim assaults against US and Allied infrastructure and personnel globally — but is instead maintaining a false-front about these attacks. The key question is, of course, why.

Permanent Spin
– by Stephen H. Hayes, The Weekly Standard, October 01, 2012 edition

I’m a person who is calm and focused in an emergency and only cries afterward. It’s difficult for me in these years after the facts of 9/11 to watch the re-enactments from the tragedies because I feel compelled during them to level orders at people — potential victims — to get-moving, get-out, pull it together but go. I’m a person who gets incredibly calm and focused and controlling in an emergency and only ruminates about — and cries, if I do — the events afterward.

But tears flow a little less on this eleven-year anniversary of the hideous, horrible events of September 11, 2001 but not for lack of feeling or emotion about the tragedies of that date and afterward but because the emotions about those tragedies have become moving in the direction of recovery and reconstruction. I doubt any tears could ever be absent, however, when considering the events from 9/11/01; however, rebuilding lives and infrastructure along with security functions and policies designed to thwart any future, awful repetition of the events have today become our nation’s focus, as well all that should be. The lives lost and tragedies experienced by survivors and families of those lost will never be of minimal concern, however.

Every year prior to this one, since 9/11, as participation in the recurring, annual event of “Project 2996,” I have honored one specific person who lost his life on that day: Joseph Angelini, Sr., who, as a fireman with Manhattan’s Rescue 1, perished in the fall of the World Trade Center towers on September 11, 2001 along with his son, Joseph Angelini, Jr., from Manhattan Ladder Co. 4.

This year, it feels like they are at peace as are their families and that memorializing should be directed toward honoring our freedoms and our national worth as all were attacked and maligned by the ugliest, most warped and diseased intents and acts of others.

So let us never forget the events of 9/11 but along with the overwhelming tragedies of that day as to human lives lost and damaged, let us cherish those who served others as did both Mr. Angelini, Sr. and his son, Mr. Angelini, Jr. along with so many more like them and let us learn from those events as never before at just what price our nation’s productivity and our individual lives as citizens here come. The attacks of 9/11 against us all were not from friends, but from enemies and as enemies, what they hated were our accomplishments and achievements. Unfortunately, more among that kind who continue that same hate are still among us on this planet and even here in this nation, stewing their terrible plans, and it is surely a fight we continue against such hatred.

I remember 9/11 and it still, to this day, sparks something in me that approaches fury. God says that vengeance is His, and so, I let the trend toward fury go but I will never not remember why: “overcome evil”.

Romans 12
New American Standard Bible

Dedicated Service

1 Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

3 For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith. 4 For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 6 Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; 7 if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; 8or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; 11 not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, 13 contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality.

14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. 16 Be of the same mind toward one another; do not be haughty in mind, but associate with the lowly. Do not be wise in your own estimation. 17 Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all men. 18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men. 19 Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord. 20 “BUT IF YOUR ENEMY IS HUNGRY, FEED HIM, AND IF HE IS THIRSTY, GIVE HIM A DRINK; FOR IN SO DOING YOU WILL HEAP BURNING COALS ON HIS HEAD.” 21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Bible remnant found in debris of fallen Twin Towers, sealed fast by the intense heat and pressure of the destruction to a shard of steel, open to passage of God’s request about “retaliation,” and why we should withhold it, at least by equal method. To truly retaliate, you “turn the other cheek,” or so it can be interpreted, you confront evil with authority: God and faith in God is that authority.

The passage presented miraculously in that Bible passage is from the New Testament, Matthew 5: 38-42. But, there is more to Matthew 5, as follows:

Matthew 5:38-47
New American Standard Bible (NASB)

38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.’ 39 But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take your [a]shirt, let him have your [b]coat also. 41 Whoever [c]forces you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks of you, and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you.

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 so that you may [d]be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?

This holy instruction from God directly contradicts the Quran, which demands “an eye for an eye” for perceived wrongs, imaginary or real, which very often in Islam involve taking another’s life or ruining parts of their bodies to the extent of their eventual demise (either way, the intent is the same, to take the life of another for perceived insults).

Although the Left and especially Leftmedia utterly missed the point of what actor, director and producer Clint Eastwood’s performance was all about when he appeared on stage at the Republican National Convention last week — he showed up in a cheap, ill-fitted suit, his hair a mess, mumbling and stumbling while speaking at or to an empty chair beside him onstage (it was a re-enactment of a Jimmy Stewart routine but in present time, the empty chair as Eastwood performed this was the absent President Obama with chair in his absence), all of which spawned a new term: “Eastwooding”.

Which in turn spawned the Empty Chair Day today to commemorate, illustrate and commentate upon the situation as Eastwood presented it.

Later Update: Eastwood shares details about his speaking experience at the GOP 2012 convention. Among those details, there is this:

“President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” Eastwood told The Pine Cone this week. “Romney and Ryan would do a much better job running the country, and that’s what everybody needs to know. I may have irritated a lot of the lefties, but I was aiming for people in the middle.”

…Eastwood said people, including reporters, who were shocked by his remarks “are obviously on the left,” and he maintained that, while many Americans didn’t like the way he handled his convention appearance, millions more have something else on their minds.

“A lot of people are realizing they had the wool pulled over their eyes by Obama,” Eastwood said.

Hi, this is a TEST POST to inspect the newly installed DIQUS commenting system.

UPDATE: DISQUS commenting system install successful and ready for use.

However, some complications (as to older comments that have been imported here from earlier site configuration of years ago) still exist as follows:

this site’s old Administrator account ID (“BIRD”) — which was abandoned years ago when this site was recreated using Word Press and the subdomain (“BIRD”) was deleted — has in the interim since it was abandoned been taken-up in use by someone else. Unfortunately, that complication has confused the DISQUS import function such that old comments were correctly imported under “BIRD” **BUT** also linked are someone else’s comments on other sites on which that user ID (“BIRD”) has been or is being used by someone else.

A request to DISQUS has been made to try an correct this cross-linkage complication, a resolution about which is still pending.

Otherwise, the DISQUS commenting system on this site (“”) is now ready to use by those who are registered with DISQUS — and, if not registered, it’s easy to do so:

UPDATE II: Ooops, DISQUS isn’t functioning as it should here, due to installation glitch of this site’s making. Have requested DISQUS feedback but will leave all as-is pending corrections, since this site has not been enabling comments for a while anyway. Will correct the DISQUS system soon as possible, so stay-tuned.

Later…oh, forget it, can’t seem to deploy DISQUS here, just won’t load on pages after long delays, despite plug-in properly installed per DISQUS instructions. If anyone has any ideas, help would be appreciated.

Now back to the ordinary site-user-registration-to-comment for now.

UPDATE III: DISQUS commenting system now functioning properly.

Attorney General as appointed by Barack Obama, Eric Holder, is today held by a majority in the House of Representatives to be in contempt of Congress. Holder has refused to comply with subpoena requests for information by the House and lied in his testimony before Congress while offering quite a dramatic performance in that testimony in his attempts to redirect suspicion onto the House.

A U.S. citizen, Brian Terry, employed by the U.S. Border Patrol, lost his life while on the job patrolling border activity, shot by a gun later found to be smuggled into Mexico from the U.S. and into the hands of Mexican drug cartel members who used it to take Terry’s life. Dozens of Mexican nationals have lost their lives in Mexico, shot with other weapons of a similar history. Uncovered by the House in their investigation of these and other violent crimes was “Operation Fast and Furious,” identified as an intelligence operation under control of Holder’s Department of Justice and suspected of being an attempt to discredit U.S. gun manufacturers, to denigrate the Second Amendment right to bear arms and with hideous disregard for the violent crimes encouraged by this smuggling, counter-intelligence operation.

Holder has displayed terrible insensitivity if not disgusting cruelty about these events as about the effects of this Operation itself. As the House requested information, Holder first denied knowledge, then admitted knowledge when confronted by Congress with documentation discovered that proved Holder was aware of the Operation a full year earlier; Holder then engaged in delaying and avoiding ongoing compliance with requests for documentation about this Operation. He has shown contempt for Congress, most certainly.

And today the Congressional Black Caucus staged a “walk out” during the Congressional vote against Holder, claiming horribly that the decision by the House represents “racism” in relationship with Holder’s race (and theirs). Is their issue that no Black person can be evaluated for ethical violations in the job, or, that if and as one is Black, that all actions by them if criticized are due to “racism”? Quite irrational claims.

Holder has displayed contempt of Congress. He has misled Congress, lied to Congress, offered up “some documents” but refused to comply with requests for documents otherwise. Quite a sorry state of affairs when the person appointed to the “highest law enforcement officer of the land” as Holder has been behaves quite so outrageously as to even defy the most basic of legitimate, legal requests as these.

And then there are the more important issues of the lives lost as collateral damage from this Operation, who would be forgotten had Holder and associates, such as they remain unnamed with the exception of Barack Obama, had their way with suppressing the facts of their demise.

Boehner on Holder: ‘No Justice Department is above the law’
– by Pete Kasperowicz, THE HILL, June 28, 2012

The U.S. Supreme Court is being summarized at this hour to have “held that Obamacare is Constitutional” following the announcement of their decision earlier this morning.

But what isn’t being said in that summary is that the Court didn’t — did not — determine the “Obamacare” (“Affordable Care Act”) to be Constitutional in the context by which that Act was voted on by Congress. It was never described as, referred to, presented as being “a tax” or “tax scheme” or “tax plan” or anything related to “tax”; to the contrary, the Act was said to be legitimate as made possible through the Commerce Clause.

Today’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court said “no” to that — that it’s NOT Constitutional under the Commerce Clause. However, what the Court then did affirm is that the Act is Constitutional “as a tax,” that the government can tax as Congress determines it shall.

This Act was discredited by the majority of the American public as being unconstitutional just as the Court today affirmed it was: in the context by which it was pushed, pulled, argued over and frantically passed unread by all and largely mysteriously unaccessible to Republicans by Nancy Pelosi’s and Harry Reid’s refusal to allow access to the contents until after the Act was passed. It was argued to be unconstitutional in the context it was defined and the Court has agreed with that.

However, during arguments before the Court, the Obama Administration changed the context of what this Act is: it “migrated” from being “not a tax” as it was passed by Congress to then being “a tax” and it was that context that the Court did find Constitutional (to much disagreement — even Justice Kennedy, expected to represent the Liberal perspective of the Court, issued his minority determination that “the entire Act is unconstitutional;” i.e., as Commerce, as tax, whichever, both unconstitutional.

Americans are now being ridiculed, a lot of that in pejoratives, cruddy, crude speech, by the Left today because, so the Left claims, “it’s Constitutional.” Even President Obama, despite his history of recorded statements swearing “this is not a tax,” made preposterously victorious statements in the past few hours about this decision by the Court with no admission that he’s engaged in massive fraud upon this nation, legislatively and otherwise. He sold legislation as “not a tax” that is deemed Constitutional only as a tax.

Obama The Liar.

Congress and a Republican President elected this November 2012 must repeal this awful, cruel if not criminal enterprise underway by Barack Obama and his coworkers among the Democrats. Refuse to fund the mess, repeal it, prosecute these scurrilous machinations by Obama, whatever it takes. Mitt Romney today declared that he “will repeal (this)” on his first day in office, if he’s elected President. So I hope that he is and encourage everyone to get behind Romney if for no other reason than to manage this fiasco through to a good, better, reasonable conclusion. Our nation needs solutions, not a dictatorship and I don’t see from Obama that he understands the difference.

It’s not “care,” it’s taxation, and massive at that. ObamaCareTax, ObamaTaxCare, take your pick.

Obama The Liar.

He’s attacking the state of Arizona, he’s set the Department of Justice on the nation’s population of “anyone not Black” (meanwhile, his campaign relection needs for votes have added “and Latino” to that exception), he’s cast aside the U.S. Constitution on nothing more than his whims, he takes more time off expecting everyone to pay him anyway — a 101st golfing day marked his fabulous “father’s day” celebration without his family who he left back in the place he and the wife loathe, the White House though it now be peppered with portraits of himself and a lot of mirrors, too — he’s required Christian imagery be removed from whence he performs the teleprompter, he’s lecturing elementary school children on their reproductive abilities in descriptions of specific acts and bodily parts while decrying pregnancy as “punishment” for purposes of relishing more abortions as preferable ‘choice’ while reiterating a major portion of the homosexual agenda, he’s responsible either directly or by peer for national secutity leaks of highly classified information, several unions use him and the White House as an operations center, he’s insulted our nation’s allies and courted with extreme indulgence those who seek our nation’s end…

…the list of errata from the Office of the Presidency goes on and on as committed by Barack Hussein Obama, the above is mere bits of wrongs this nation is experiencing from this man and his associates through the Executive Branch. I wonder if Obama intended to trash the office he was unfortunately elected to or if he truly has been and is acting out in his sincere nature as an indecent and irrational person; either way, though certain entertainers and other gullible persons find him “charming in person,” we as a nation have been beset with a person at the top who doesn’t have our collective best interests in mind, nor those of our nation’s allies.

Obama appears to have only his own best interests in mind as also those of others who want our destruction. And what does that say about Obama…

This is the current state of the Presidency. And this coming Thursday, June 28, 2012, our U.S. Supreme Court will announce their decision about Barack Obama’s most offensive assault on our legislative process, the so-called “Obamacare” (offensively titled the “Affordable Care Act” which is neither affordable nor does it deliver care, it simply installs yet more socialized, nationalized control over our nation’s remaining private property and removes a great deal of liberty from all individuals). Obama’s shown in the past that he keeps “alternate” lines of attack at the ready when his ideas are thwarted or interrupted and those lines in Obama’s methods deliver penalizing conditions without regard for law and order. So, what does he have planned for this Thursday if the Supreme Court majority determines his “Obamacare” mess is not Constitutional?

Supreme Court to rule Thursday on health care
– by Bill Mears, CNN, June 25, 2012

Today’s press briefing from the Obama Administration featured Press Secretary Jay Carney dutifully spooning the latest bowl of propaganda pudding: say this because it’s what we think benefits us the most without regard for the truth…something like that.

His most emotional emphasis came when he ladelled the woegone, tiresome “blame Bush” excuse (“gun running…a practice of two previous Administrations”). Carney lapsed immediately into claims that (the Obama Administration) “has done everything to accommodate” all documentation requests. Meanwhile, Congress has already proven through documented, irregular testimony and refusals to honor subpoenas requesting specific documents by Attorney General Eric Holder that that is not true and that Carney’s assertion about that on Obama’s and Holder’s behalf today is not true.

Carney admitted that Obama’s “assertion of executive privilege came after all other options had been exhausted.” Which means they’re engaged in a political gaming process with the use of “executive privilege” at the ready if and when Congress proceded to apply increased penalty to Holder’s refusals to comply with legitimate Congressional oversight requests.

Preposterously, following that remark by Carney, he continued on with these claims:

…The White House accuses Republicans of political (operations)” and that “every document relating to (Fast and Furious) operation has been provided,” that “the GOP has tried to turn this into a political issue,” which Carney then smeared as “a fishing expedition.”

He continued on, with visible irritation, “what THIS is about…is an attempt to score political points.” Carney said this in noticable contempt of the GOP after he claimed ‘the White House has done everything to comply’ or something.

So Jay Carney, on behalf of the Obama Administration — and the Democrats in full-on desperation campaign mode for Obama’s re-election — dished out a IT’S A POLITICAL OPERATION perspective with the default position that Barack Obama is a hapless, lone figure desperately trying to defend “his White House” against a snarling pack of “GOP” with the weakest defense being the door Holder has pushed open for the House Oversight Committee by refusing to hand over what he was legitimately requested to and then, worse, showing up to testify before that COmmittee using a handful of smart-alec tactics in attempt to frame the Committee in this same Carney-Obama “POLITICAL OPERATION” shiny objecy.

The loss of human life (our U.S. Border Agent, Brian Terry along with hundreds of Mexican Nationals in that nation, if not more of those with additional U.S. citizens here in the U.S. not yet coordinated to this crime wave being examined amidst Operation Fast and Furious), to the Obama Administration, the loss of human life, the crimes of that and otherwise, examining it all is “a fishing expedition”.

It’s a political process because the Obama Administration has, quite obviously, made it into one in effort to dodge legitimate requests for information about a criminal enterprise — it may have begun with non-criminal intentions but we’ll never know unless Congress carries forward with it’s investigation of the notable criminal liabilities that have resulted, if not are ongoing.

Barack Obama, the non-Presidential guy in the White House, trying to keep what he thinks is his property in his grasp with his helpers wading out before him to accuse “the GOP” with the Obama Administration’s most glaring liability: IT’S A POLITICAL OPERATION.

Just answer the questions, Misters Obama and Holder, and comply with the other subpoena requests. And show some respect for a change for the loss of human life by your “political operation.”

Today’s Committee actions (including the statements made by Rep. Raul Labrador [R-ID] as available in the above video) are especially succinct and supportable: to find Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for his contemptuous behaviors and statements in disdain of laws and ethics of the most basic expectations for any head of the Department of Justice such as Holder’s position is.

The trail of cover-up of bad deeds increasingly leads to Barack Obama.

Here we hear Committee member Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), a former federal prosecutor before he was elected to Congress, lay a summary of the issues bluntly on the line and good for him:
