Obviously, Barack Obama and his fellow Democrats are desperate to retain corrupt interests by whatever means possible, including their own corrupt acts to maintain corrupt support. Refusing to enforce our Constitution — which all Presidents are sworn by oath of office to uphold (“protect and defend”) — in order to accommodate political movements that violate our Constitution (by breaking our laws, any and all), including those political movements that are defined by their intentional violation of our Constitution, anyone who serves in our Presidency who does so violates (and intentionally violates) their Oath of Office of the Presidency when and as they set about by policy and practice to refuse to enforce, protect and defend, our Constitution.
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
This is no small thing that Barack Obama and his Administration are doing. The Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, to name two influential wings of the current Executive Branch, who recently declare that they will “cease deportations of illegal aliens” except in “criminal” cases and/or with some quite generic, generalizing conditions that can be violated (and will be violated) by exploits a continent-wide, these departments among the current Executive Branch have set about representing the antithesis of what their departments are designed (and paid and funded) to accomplish.
Homeland Security, allegedly to protect and defend our nation (as defined by our Constitution) from all enemies, foreign and domestic, now under Barack Obama, has taken to not defending our nation against all enemies foreign and domestic and worse, has taken to indulging enemies foreign. By refusing to enforce existing immigration laws, by not only discouraging enforcement of such as to illegal immigration but also now encouraging illegal aliens to remain here despite being identified as such, Homeland Security is now acting as a branch of foreign governments aimed at protecting and enabling crime by foreign nationals in the U.S. without legal context to be here in the first place.
The Department of Justice, allegedly established (and paid and funded) to enforce our laws (enforce the Constitution) from a federal level, now refusing to apply Constitutional penalty (deportation) to illegal aliens identified in the U.S. as such, is now a part of a criminal process. If an act violates the Constitution, it’s a crime against the Constitution. That means, in simple terms, it’s a crime, the person responsible for such is committing a crime or has and the Constitutional response to such — as to illegal aliens, people who enter and/or remain in the U.S. without benefit of legal context to do so — is deportation. If they commit OTHER crimes while illegal aliens, they are also due additional penalties like incarceration and then they are due deportation.
For both these departments of the Executive Branch, by “order” of Barack Obama in the Presidency, to suspend deportations is Barack Obama as President intentionally ordering a violation of his and their Constitutional authority.
It does not get any more raw and offensive to our nation than that. Obama may need to court and spark with crime in order to maintain crime voting for him, but this behavior by Obama and the departments in his Administration runs so contrary to ethical government as to be crime itself. It is also one among other acts by Barack Obama and Administration that insults the very credibility of federal departments in an ongoing assault of Constitutional integrity: what a department is defined by now becomes the opposite of what it is defined by, the antithesis of what it’s structure and definition is.
The Obama Administration claims that Congress “hasn’t acted” on the issue of illegal immigration (not true but that’s the claim being made by Obama, et al.) so Obama has acted solely as President to set aside the Constitutional penalty of deportation as applied to illegal aliens in the U.S. because…because…because he…because…
…it appears that Obama simply wants to maintain the vote support of those who violate our laws by indulging their criminal acts in his refusal to apply legitimate penalties (or penalties at all) to their crimes. Once again, highly illegitimate, exceptionally unethical and certainly a violation of the Oath of Office of the Presidency to such a disgusting extent as to represent some sort of arrogant, dictatorial excess right here in the U.S.A.
Obama to deport illegals by ‘priority’
Case-by-case plan will curb numbers
– By Stephen Dinan, The Washington Times, August 18, 2011
Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama administration said Thursday that it will halt deportation proceedings on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria, such as attending school, having family in the military or having primary responsible for other family members’ care.
The move marks a major step for President Obama, who for months has said he does not have broad categorical authority to halt deportations and said he must follow the laws as Congress has written them.
But in letters to Congress on Thursday, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she does have discretion to focus on “priorities” and that her department and the Justice Department will review all ongoing cases to see who meets the new criteria.
“This case-by-case approach will enhance public safety,” she said. “Immigration judges will be able to more swiftly adjudicate high-priority cases, such as those involving convicted felons.”
The move won immediate praise from Hispanic activists and Democrats who had strenuously argued with the administration that it did have authority to take these actions, and said as long as Congress is deadlocked on the issue, it was up to Mr. Obama to act.
“Today’s announcement shows that this president is willing to put muscle behind his words and to use his power to intervene when the lives of good people are being ruined by bad laws,” said Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, Illinois Democrat, who has taken a leadership role on the issue since the death of Sen. Edward M. Kennedy in 2009.
The new rules apply to those who have been apprehended and are in deportation proceedings, but have not been officially ordered out of the country by a judge.
Ms. Napolitano said a working group will try to come up with “guidance on how to provide for appropriate discretionary consideration” for “compelling cases” in instances where someone already has been ordered deported.
Administration officials made the announcement just before Mr. Obama left for a long vacation out of Washington, and as members of Congress are back in their home districts.
The top House Republican on the Judiciary Committee said the move is part of a White House plan “to grant backdoor amnesty to illegal immigrants.”
“The Obama administration should enforce immigration laws, not look for ways to ignore them,” said Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican. “The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws to enforce. Administration officials should remember the oath of office they took to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land.”
Immigration legislation has been stalled in Congress for years as the two parties have sparred over what to include.
Republicans generally favor stricter enforcement and a temporary program that would allow workers in the country for some time, but eventually return to their home countries. Democrats want the legislation to include legalization of the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants now in the country, and want the future guest-worker program to also include a path to citizenship so those workers can stay permanently.
Since 2007, when the issue stalled in the Senate, more than 1 million illegal immigrants have been deported.
Democrats said those deportations are breaking up families and that it’s an unfair punishment for a broken system. (— Continued).
Illegal aliens are entering or remaining (or both) in the U.S. illegally by intention. No one is hauling them here against their will and “forcing” them to enter and/or remain here illegally. So these individuals are actively involved in acts they are aware are illegal before they engage in them and certainly afterward. If anyone is responsible for “breaking up (their) families” it is these individuals, not the Constitution of the U.S.A., and not our nation otherwise. Democrats who try to make these protests to avoid lawful penalty applied to illegal aliens are simply servicing the crimes involved, as are the other Democrats now insulting our Executive Branch (Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Presidency).
If I get in a car and drive down a road, leaving my “family” behind me, it is not the car’s nor the road’s fault that I have “separated my family”, it is my fault or the fault of he or she or they who make the actions of separating her/his/themselves from respective families. The very idea that our system is “broken” as also Democrats complain because they don’t want criminal penalties applied to criminal acts, per the Constitutional context of what is lawful and what isn’t, is the complaint of the criminal who doesn’t like the fact they’re responsible for their actions.
Our nation already has a “path to citizenship” for people from other nations. It’s called legal immigration. You get in line, you fill out the required forms, you fulfill the requirements, you pay your fees, you wait your turn, you do what is required to become a U.S. citizen and/or to enter and remain in the U.S. legally on a temporary basis. The persons who don’t fulfill that legitimate process of legal immigration are those who refuse to do what is required and seek to implement their own ideas of what they want and when without regard for our nation’s requirements. These are not the people the nation should reward in any way, least of all indulge with any suspension of penalty for their illegal — and intentional — behaviors.
Democrats who laud what Obama has done in this regard are as responsible for the crimes involved as he is. There is no honorable territory involved in their demands nor their attempts to manipulate our nation’s Constitution.
Illegal immigration is crime, it’s not an ethnicity; it’s criminal behavior; however, as to the illegal alien population in the U.S.A. today, the vast majority are “Hispanic/Latino” and among those, the highest majority are from Mexico, so photographic evidence of general activity by illegal aliens captures the majority of those involved as here, “Hispanic/Latino” and rallying against the U.S. to promote Mexico and other Central and South American nations and cultures. Secondary to Hispanic/Latino ethnicity among illegal aliens in the U.S. are to be found those from Asian countries.
