TEAM OBAMA CALLS IN SWAT TEAM ON TEA PARTY PATRIOTS
Here are three of those Tea Partiers now…
“We did everything the local police asked. We moved where they directed us. We moved when they asked us to. We double-checked that we were in an acceptable place on the street. We did not disobey the police and stand and sing God Bless America as some kind of protest. We stood on the corner and sang because we were told it was OK to stand on the corner and sing. That report is a complete whitewash for the Obama Administration’s overreaction to old ladies with American flags.”
Read and see the rest of this story at Gateway Pundit.
Let’s compare the protesting Tea Party grannies, (Video 1) who observed the laws and their permits earlier today in Ohio, to this event that recently occurred in Arizona, (Video 2) wherein the “riot squad” was not called in and local law enforcement were pelted with objects thrown by a crowd of hundreds (or more) of actually rioting Hispanics (if not rioting, just what would you describe the behaviors in Video 2 to be).
Note: Video 2, the video from Arizona, captures these events:
The public was gathered outside the Arizona location wherein the Arizona Governor was due to sign (or not sign) SB1070; she signed it.
What then ensued was that a portion of the crowd began harassing one Caucasian fellow who was cheering the signing of SB1070 while standing surrounded by a crowd of “Hispanics” (who didn’t support the legislation). The Hispanics shown in the video who were surrounding this supporter began pelting the supporter with water bottles and other objects, yelling at him, chasing him.
The police took the supporter (lone Caucasian fellow in that area of the crowd) and began escorting him to a safer location (away from those pelting him with objects, etc.).
Agitation by the Hispanics increased (those who criticized the signing of SB1070) and they continued chasing the fleeing Caucasian guy who was being escorted away by the police; the guy and the police by that point were both/all being pelted with objects and yelled at and otherwise threatened by a now-growing crowd of rioting “Hispanics” (that’s in the video also) (Video 2).
No “riot police force” was called out by Obama and Napolitano for those events in Arizona.
I commend the Arizona law enforcement for ushering the supporter-guy out of harm’s way as they did, as was shown in the video, despite harms done to them in the process.
These two videos, however, are telling examples of how peacefully assembled, non threatening protesters (Tea Party in Ohio as also nationwide, similar good behavior shown by all Tea Partiers) are condemned and threatened by “Obama-influenced force” (and that includes the Leftwing media who is assisting in creating a false impression in media about the Tea Party events, all of which have been peaceful and well-behaved events, none requiring law enforcement or any “force” for the nationwide events), versus this eruption into immediate mass violence in Arizona by people who opposed t he signing of SB1070, and who were, quite obviously, assembled based upon an ethnic-exclusivity basis (theirs, followed by harassing someone who was of a different race/ethnicity than theirs [guy who wasn’t Hispanic was assaulted by the Hispanics]).
UPDATE II: Hotairpundit links to a video that captures more of the displays by the “riot police force” deployed against the Ohio Tea Party, as also shows more of the Ohio Tea Party participants who’ve joined the grannies (and they all continue to be peaceful).
The Tea Party folks cheer when the riot police leave. Afterward, a Tea Party participant says, “it just breaks my heart…“
UPDATE IV: Don’t blame local law enforcement — looks like the Obama Administration waged “riot force” against the Tea Party grannies — from a report posted on twitter by Dana Loesch:
Getting word that secret service and presidential team overruled local law enforcement to send in riot police on peaceful protesters.
