“Stay away from my wife.” — said by Barack Hussein Obama to Tennessee Republican Party and other “backwood” “low class” folks (per his references to and about them).
The wife’s already imposed herself onto the Presidential election landscape — long before any “scrutinizing” by any opponent (or anyone else on a national scope outside the Obama campaign) — so it’s more than reasonable that she’d be scrutinized, eventually.
At this point, the woman’s a politician not “merely” the silent spouse of a Presidential candidate and based upon the abundant, rough, socio-political tags from her past and present, it’s not only reasonable to scrutinize Michelle Obama, it is necessary to do so.
